Claudia Teich Lepore, LL.M. is a trilingual (English, Dutch, German) attorney with 25+ years of experience as in-house and outside counsel for Dutch and German companies and individuals who are operating or expanding their business in the U.S. She is a generalist with broad knowledge in commercial transactions and contracts, leases, corporate governance and compliance, insurance, human resources, civil litigation, and more recently international tax law and environmental commodities. She has a passion for persuasive writing and e-learning, and a keen eye for editing.

Claudia Teich Lepore holds a Dutch law degree from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and a Masters of Laws – LL.M. (Corporate Law) from New York University. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996.
